Major influences include British Op Art painter Bridget Riley and late American Minimalist Agnes Martin.

During the 1990s showed at two of the late Annie Herron’s galleries in New York: Black+Herron in Soho

and Eyewash in Williamsburg. while working as a graphic artist at The New York Times.

More recent venues include Atelier Newport Gallery and Spring Bull Gallery in Newport, and the Jamestown Art Center.
